Structure of Sercos International e. V.

Sercos International e.V. is listed in the register of associations in Frankfurt/Main, Germany. Members include manufacturers and users of controls, drives, and other automation components, as well as machine manufacturers, research institutes, and associations.

The user organizations institutions include:

  • The general meeting
  • The executive board
  • The management board
  • The working groups

Membership fees are pro-rated, i.e. calculated according to the date of membership, in the first year of membership.

Members’ meeting

The association holds a yearly members' general meeting to report on the past year's activities and deal with all matters that are not handled by the board or another committee. Once every three years, the members’ elect and discharge the executive board. Members review and approve the cash report and auditing report, and decide on the budget and amendments to the articles. The meeting also informs members about the latest subjects and trends, and obtains their input on the roadmap for Sercos.

The Sercos International board consists of the following persons with the responsibilities indicated.

Management

The Sercos International management carries out the transactions of the organization as stipulated in the statutes, the resolutions passed and according to the instructions of the Board.

The office is handled by:
