Japan's Industrial Open Network Roadshow continues its success

Nearly 400 visitors in Nagoya and 500 in Tokyo exceeded the organisers’ expectations and proved the importance of this highly focused event, that took place for the third time.

Sponsored by ten associations such as Sercos, JPO, ODVA, Mechatrolink and others, the ION promotes open networks and sees a continuous increase in interest. This year, 47 companies exhibited its solutions in Nagoya and Tokyo – an increase of 25% compared to 2013.

Sercos successfully promoted the blended infrastructure at the exhibition and the seminar. The latter, thanks to the support of Bosch Rexroth Japan, took place in Japanese and was well received by attendees such as users and developers.
