New Sercos brochure available

This new brochure targets primarily Sercos users and interested parties. It gives an overview of the basic principles, the way Sercos functions and also explains, why Ethernet should be used.

The Sercos® technology is further explained by looking into the data transmission process, protocol structures and its topologies. Cross communication, synchronization, ring redundancy and hot plugging are also explained as well as function-specific profiles, safety aspects and the benefits of using a common Sercos III and EtherNet/IP infrastructure.
