The AS-i 3.0 Sercos Gateway in a stainless steel housing is the ideal connection between AS-Interface and Sercos. Not only does the gateway exchange standard I/O signals with the controller using Sercos, it also makes a multitude of other benefits available for Sercos. This includes expanded Bihl+Wiedemann AS-i diagnostic functions such as recognition of duplicate AS-i addresses, AS-i earth fault detector and AS-i noise detector.
The AS-i 3.0 Sercos Gateway comes with a one AS-i Master as well as an Ethernet programming and diagnostic interface. Access to diagnostic and programming data is becoming even easier since the physical distance between device and user is no longer relevant.
